Kinn Bikes is a new bike company, building a new kind of family bike. It’s a bike with a double mission:
To be big enough for family and small enough for you.
1 – the Kinn is a Family Bike
By adding 6 inches to the bike it can safely carry a child (of 12 months or 12 years) on the back, plus a couple of bags of groceries. It has adjustable foot-pegs and a rear handle bar for older passengers and integrated child seat fittings for younger ones.
2 – the Kinn is your Everyday Bike
By only adding 6 inches we kept the Kinn nippy and nimble, and with a unique Half Twist it can shrink back down by 4 inches. Now you can put it on the front of a bus, carry it upstairs or park it without blocking the sidewalk. Nice.
3 – Together it Makes Magic
With the Kinn you take your bike to work – and still pick up Max from daycare.
Nipping out for pickles? Go by bike and yes, Natalie can come too.
Dylan needs to run around (before you go crazy)? Don’t strap him into the back of the car just to get to the park; go together, go by Kinn.
You and your Kinn can turn everyday errands with your children into little adventures.
For me this was worth building a bike, then a bike company, believing others would enjoy such treasure too.
